The Vision
We dream of a world…
where people don’t have to struggle to access things like affordable groceries, housing, healthcare, education, and where our tax dollars don’t go to billionaires, genocide and war,
where our loved ones are more connected through public transit, walkable cities, and access to clean air, water, and soil,
where we factor the cost to our environment, future, and living things into our economy so they can also have a seat at the decision-making table,
where the arts exist without a profit motive but with a desire to capture both the easy and hard truths about our world.
The Mission
To tell stories and make art that give people a place to talk, connect, and learn about material issues that are impacting the marginalized, the poor, and the forgotten. We will use environmental and climate justice frameworks to explore these issues and empower a movement that strives to fight for a better future for the people.

Felipe Sanchez
Co-Founder
Hi, I’m Felipe! I go by Sanbles online whenever I prefer to be a bit more anonymous. I’m the writer/creator of Campesinos, There’s A Fire in The Building, Thieving, CowgirlX, and I’ve directed some of the Dependency episodes. I like to garden, do activist stuff, and watch movies in my free time!
David Klos
Co-Founder
Hi, I’m David, I go by DKNasty on all my socials. That’s my street name. Fine Arts is the love of my life but environmental justice comes in a close second. I do Character designs as well as 2D and 3D background art for JHouse’s animations. I created the designs of all the Campesinos characters and Rats. In my free time I like to play video games, learn blender, and experiment with my personal art.
Marnie Shick

Hi! I’m Marnie & I’ve been with Jersey House Studio since 2024. I’ve worked on almost everything the studio has released since then, & I’m the creator of Dependency and Mabel’s Quest for Love (I also voiced the main characters!). I mostly do preproduction stuff like asset modelling and character design. In my free time I do karaoke, go to the gym, and hate car centric infrastructure.

Hi, I’m Olivia! I go by ChappyMonster online and run my own independent animation studio under the name StudioViperBite. I’ve been writing music for the studio since I was 15, and I wrote the soundtrack for Dependency! In my free time I like to write music and work on my own animated projects.
